Annual Outdoor Fitness 12- Session Series

It is that time again!! Join in on the outdoor fun and fitness with our amazing community. Couple NEW features this spring include a Cardio Yoga 1x per week coupled with a rehab-based approach to movement. Michelle is partnering with physiotherapist Celeste Popelas to provide accommodations for participants’ injuries or limitations if needed (assessment on first day). All the sessions will take place outdoors in the Rennie Park/Swansea School area.

MAY 22 - JUNE 16 (4 weeks ~ 3 sessions per week):

Tuesdays 6:15am-7:00am (May 22, 29, June 5, 12)

Thursdays 6:15am - 7:00am (May 24, 31, June 7, 14)

Saturdays 8:15am - 9:00am (May 26, June 2, 9, 16)
