Strength, Sweat and Fun: 2019 Annual Outdoor 12-Session Series

It is that time again!! Join in on the outdoor fun and fitness with our amazing community. Couple NEW features this spring include a Cardio Yoga Jam 1x per week coupled with a rehab-based approach to movement with minimal impact but maximum strength and fun. All the sessions will take place outdoors in the Rennie Park/Swansea School area.

MAY 28 - JUNE 22 (4 weeks ~ 3 sessions per week):

Tuesdays 6:15am-7:00am (May 28, June 4, 11, 18)

Thursdays 6:15am - 7:00am (May 30, June 3, 23, 20)

Saturdays 8:15am - 9:00am (June 1, 8, 15, 22)
